Our refund policy ensures a fair baseline for both parties involved. Once a refund is approved by our team, it is automatically processed via Razorpay and usually reflects in your originating bank account within 5-7 business days.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund of your subscription fee only if you meet all of the following criteria:

Timeframe: The request must be submitted within exactly 7 days of the initial purchase timestamp.

Consumption Limit: You must have watched less than 20% of the total video content across your unlocked playlists.

Valid Reason: A reasonable explanation regarding why the content did not meet your expectations must be provided.

First-Time Buyers: The refund policy applies exclusively to your first-ever subscription with us. Renewals and secondary purchases are not eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We actively monitor abuse of our educational platform. Refunds will be strictly denied under the following circumstances:

Outside the Window: Any refund request submitted after the 7-day initial purchase period.

Significant Consumption: If our backend metrics verify you have accessed, streamed, or utilized a significant portion of the premium content or downloaded the Pro assets.

Renewal Charges: Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable. It is your ultimate responsibility to cancel your plan prior to the renewal date via your dashboard.

Promotional Subscriptions: Plans purchased utilizing a heavy discount code or promotional event are considered final sales.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initialize our refund procedure, you must strictly follow these numbered steps:

In the body of the email, you must include your Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, registered email address, and the specific reason for your request.

Our billing department will pause your account and review your metric logs within 2 business days.
Step 4
Upon approval, the refund signal is triggered via Razorpay. It will arrive in your original bank account or UPI within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's routing speed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You retain complete control to cancel your auto-renewing subscription at absolutely any time directly from the "My Dashboard" portal.
  • Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the absolute end of your current paid billing period.
  • We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
