GeniusGuru is an online learning platform providing educational video content primarily focused on digital skills, online earning strategies, AdSense approval, and social media monetization.

  • We operate on a subscription-based access model.
  • Educational content is delivered primarily in a mix of Hindi and English languages via streaming videos.

3. User Accounts

In order to access our premium content, you are required to register and create a personalized user account.

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Security: You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining the security of your account.
  • No Sharing: We maintain a strict "one account per person" policy. Sharing login credentials, broadcasting our videos to groups, or utilizing automated scripts to bypass our login is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate hardware ban without a refund.

4. Subscription Terms

Detailed information regarding our plans is available on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Starter Plan (₹499/month): Grants 30-day recurring access to 4 specific foundational playlists.
  • Pro Plan (₹999/month): Grants 30-day recurring access to all 7 premium playlists alongside exclusive downloadable assets.
  • Access is instantly granted upon successful payment confirmation by our payment processor.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and set to auto-renewal by default unless cancelled prior to the billing date.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using GeniusGuru, you agree to use the service strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

  • No Redistribution: You may not copy, distribute, or publicly display our video content.
  • No Recording: Using screen recording software to capture and save our content locally for redistribution or sharing is a violation of these terms.
  • No Reselling: Reselling your account access or attempting to sell our proprietary tools and scripts is forbidden.
  • No Abuse: Any abusive behavior towards our support staff via email or WhatsApp will not be tolerated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published on the platform, including but not limited to videos, audio guides, PHP scripts, proprietary tools, text, graphics, logos, and UI designs, is the exclusive property of GeniusGuru and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content solely for your own personal viewing.

7. Payment Terms

We employ verified third-party payment gateways (Razorpay) to process all financial transactions securely.

  • All prices are listed and processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN details.
  • Disputes: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks via your bank instead of following our legitimate refund procedure constitutes a breach of contract and may lead to legal action to recover the associated fees.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any fundamental Terms of Service (such as credential sharing or content pirating).

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Member Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. GeniusGuru makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

We do not warrant that the website will run uninterrupted, be error-free, or be completely secure. We also do not guarantee any specific financial or income-generating results by using the educational strategies taught in our courses.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeniusGuru, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
